IPC to bar Russians and Belarusians from Paralympic ceremonies
The Russian and Belarusian NPCs were both suspended following the invasion of Ukraine in February 2022.
A total of 180 boats are set to sail around six kilometers down the Seine during the opening ceremony of the Paris Olympics, of which 94 will contain athletes.
