Belgian first-division side Sint-Truiden announced Thursday it has signed a full transfer agreement with midfielder Tatsuya Ito.
The 22-year-old, who joined Hamburg SV on a youth contract in July 2015, will join compatriots Daniel Schmidt and Yuma Suzuki at the Japanese-owned club.
In December 2017, Hamburg extended the deal with Ito, signing him to a professional contract through the summer of 2021.
According to media reports, Hamburg will receive a transfer fee of about €1.5 million plus possible bonus payments.
