Brazilian forward Rafael Silva is expected to miss six weeks due to a muscle strain, J. League first-division side Albirex Niigata said Tuesday.

The 24-year-old Silva strained his left calf muscle in Saturday's 2-2 home draw against Ventforet Kofu and left the game in the 80th minute. Silva has five goals this season for Albirex, who are 15th in the 18-team J1.
