KOBE – On the 20th anniversary of the Great Hanshin Earthquake, former Japan striker Kazuyoshi Miura provided the highlights with two goals in a charity match held at Noeivir Stadium Kobe on Saturday.
The 47-year-old Miura, who currently plays for second-division Yokohama FC, and is popularly known as “King Kazu,” teamed up with other current and former Vissel Kobe players to defeat a team of former Japan internationals led by midfielder Hidetoshi Nakata 3-2.
