Nadeshiko Japan midfielder Nahomi Kawasumi is set for a move from INAC Kobe Leonessa to a team in the National Women's Soccer League in the United States, INAC general manager Yasunori Yamashita said Wednesday.

Yamashita said the 28-year-old Kawasumi is "getting ready to move to the United States," on a loan deal at a club that has yet to be decided since her contract will be with the NWSL.

Kawasumi played a key role in helping Japan win the 2011 Women's World Cup triumph and the 2012 London Olympic silver medal. She also helped INAC win four titles last season.

Yamashita also revealed that INAC's 29-year-old Japan defender Yukari Kinga will be joining Arsenal Ladies in England.
