Sakura Yokomine turned a two-shot deficit into a two-shot victory to collect her first tour title since 2011 at the Cyber Agent Ladies on Sunday.

Yokomine, who set a tour record Saturday by making the cut in 92 consecutive JLPGA events, made three birdies and a bogey in a final round of 70 at Tsurumai Country Club, finishing two shots clear of a quartet of golfers including second-round leader Jeon Mi Jeong.

Runnerup at last week's Fujisankei Ladies Classic, the 27-year-old Yokomine earned ¥12.6 million to move into third place on the money list. She had not won on the JLPGA Tour since the 2011 Resort Trust Ladies.

"The victory I had been waiting so long for was staring me in the face. I am so happy," said Yokomine. "I want to tell myself 'well done' for my efforts today. I will try hard to win again soon."

South Korean Jeon came undone with a 2-over 74 and settled for a share of second with Natsuka Hori (67), Yuki Sakurai (69) and Maiko Wakabayashi (70).

Ayako Uehara, South Korea's Lee Na Ri and Hiromi Mogi finished a further two shots back tied for sixth.

Money rankings leader Miki Saiki, the winner of the previous two tour events, sat out this event.
