WBC flyweight champion Daisuke Naito will face off against former WBA light flyweight champion Koki Kameda, the eldest of the Kameda brothers, in his sixth world title defense, both boxers' management said on Tuesday.

The camps are in the final stages of deciding on a venue and date for the match, which will be Naito's first time to step into the ring against one of the Kameda brothers since beating Daiki, the second eldest son, in his defense of the WBC title in a wild affair in October 2007.

Daiki repeatedly resorted to foul play during the bout and lost a decision by a wide margin, leading to a one-year suspension of his boxing license.

"It has been two years since Daiki made the challenge. As his older brother, I definitely will bring home the belt to the Kameda family that Daiki was unable to get," said Koki.
