Yuki Yoshimura homered twice to drive in three runs Friday as the Yokohama BayStars snapped a six-game losing streak with a 6-5 come-from-behind victory over the Saitama Seibu Lions.
Yoshimura first went deep in the fifth inning to pull Yokohama within 5-1, and hit a go-ahead two-run homer off Shinya Okamoto (0-1) in the eighth at Yokohama Stadium.
Seibu jumped on rookie right-hander Hitoshi Fujie early, opening the game with three straight singles for a quick 2-0 lead. Yoshihito Ishii added a two-run homer to cap a four-run first.
Two innings later, Takeya Nakamura hit his Japanese baseball-leading 20th home run, making it 5-0.
The BayStars started their rally in the fifth and pulled within a run in the seventh when Tatsuhiko Kinjo delivered a two-out RBI single.
Hiroki Sanada (1-1) got the win with a scoreless eighth. Shun Yamaguchi finished for his fifth save.
Seibu dropped its third straight game.

The Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles said Friday they have brought back their former closer Kazuo Fukumori.
The right-hander will return to the Sendai club for the first time since 2007 after a disastrous stint in the major leagues.
Fukumori, 32, made only four major league appearances and had a 20.25 ERA for the Texas Rangers in 2008, the first year of his two-year contract. He was sent to the minors in April 2008 and never got a callup.
