HAKUBA, Nagano Pref. (Kyodo) Nobuyuki Nishi captured the men's dual moguls national title for the second consecutive year Sunday.

Nishi, who booked a ticket to next year's Vancouver Winter Olympics with a runnerup finish at the world championships in Inawashiro, Fukushima Prefecture, last week, beat Osamu Ueno in the final to add the dual moguls title to the moguls crown he took the previous day.

Miki Ito, who also has claimed a berth for the Vancouver Games, defeated her older sister Azusa in the semifinals en route to her second crown at the Hakuba Sanosaka ski resort. Ito won the women's moguls Saturday.

Nagano Olympic gold-medalist Tae Satoya did not compete, citing neck pain.
