Japanese speedster Noriaki Kinoshita was selected for the NFL Europa All-League team as a special teams player for the second consecutive season, the league announced on Thursday. The former Ritsumeikan University wide receiver/returner, who played in his third season, is the only player to be chosen from the Amsterdam Admirals, which went 4-6 in the 2007 season. Kinoshita, who played in all 10 games, recorded league-high 175 yards (1 TD) on punt returns, while he gained 604 yards on kick-off returns (second best in the league).
