Dutchman Robert Verbeek has been appointed as manager of Omiya Ardija, the J. League first-division club said on Wednesday.
The 45-year-old Verbeek, younger brother of South Korea national team coach and former Omiya manager Pim Verbeek, has managed PSV Eindhoven's Under-19 side and this year was in charge of Singapore's U-16s.
