Masanori Taguchi opened the scoring on a bases-clearing double in the first inning as the Fukuoka Daiei Hawks went on to beat the Sinon Bulls 8-1 in the finale of a three-game exhibition series in Taiwan on Sunday.
The Hawks , who dropped their series opener against the Taiwan national team 8-1 on Friday and came back to win the return game the following day, wrapped up the overseas tour with a 2-1 record.
