HAKUBA, Nagano – Hideharu Miyahira completed two solid jumps to secure victory over Hiroki Yamada in the men’s division on the final day of the Hakuba Cup summer ski jumping meet Sunday.
Miyahira recorded jumps of 132.5 and 124.5 meters on the K-120 hill in Nagano Prefecture and collected 258.6 points while Salt Lake City Olympian Yamada set a summer jump record of 134 meters in his second attempt to climb into second.
