Property developer Zephyr Co. said it has filed for bankruptcy protection with the Tokyo District Court with debts of ¥94.9 billion.
The board of the Tokyo-based company decided to make the filing following a decision by subsidiary Kondo Sangyo to file for bankruptcy protection on May 30, according to a statement filed Friday at the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
