After losing his wife six years ago, the retired realtor decided to spend the rest of his life in pursuit of his passions.
The 75-year-old attends a painting class twice a month and travels around Europe, Asia, or Latin America at least once a year to make sketches. Attracted to Spain in particular, he takes a Spanish lesson twice a week.
"I don't want to sacrifice my life by just saving property for my children, as many old people used to do," he said.
