Tokyo: Kishimojin O-eshiki

Buddhist memorial service featuring a night procession of people carrying about 50 Mando. Many open-air stalls are set up in the compound of the temple and its neighborhood daily during the festival period.

● Oct. 17 7:30 p.m.-10 p.m. Procession of Mando from Seido-Kishimojin
                  Temple near Gokokuji Sta. to the temple
● Oct. 18 7 p.m.-11 p.m. Procession of Mando from near Ikebukuro Sta.
                  (East Exit, in front of Seibu Department Store)
to the temple

Location: Kishimojin Temple, Gokokuji Sta., Ikebukuro Sta. and others, Toshima-ku, Tokyo

(1) Toei Streetcar Arakawa Line to Kishibojim-mae Sta. (2) Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line to Zoshigaya Sta. (F10)(Exit 1), and then walk 5 min. (3) JR Yamanote Line to Ikebukuro Sta.(East Exit), and then walk 15 min.
