Carp catcher Tsubasa Aizawa opened the scoring with his first All-Star home run and the Central League poured it on to beat the Pacific League 8-3 in Saturday's Game 2.
Playing in front of his hometown fans at Hiroshima's Mazda Stadium, Aizawa went deep in the third inning off Orix Buffaloes right-hander Brandon Dickson as the CL swept the series 2-0 after an 8-6 win at Tokyo Dome in Friday's Game 1.
Aizawa was named the game's MVP.
