Daiya Seto outpaced the field en route to winning the men’s 200-meter butterfly on the third day of the Japan Open swimming tournament on Saturday.

Seto clocked a time of 1 minute, 54.75 seconds at Tokyo Tatsumi International Swimming Center in the meet, which is also a qualifier for this fall’s Asian Games in Incheon, South Korea. Masato Sakai placed second in 1:55.15, while Kosuke Hagino came third in 1:56.57.
