Sevilla began its preseason tour of Japan in style as the Spanish UEFA Cup winner thrashed J. League club Albirex Niigata 6-0 on Friday.
Blanco Kepa struck twice and a third from former Tottenham striker Freddy Kanoute gave the visitors a 3-0 cushion just before the interval.
Bruno Herrero Arias and Alejandro Alfaro Ligero also hit the target before Ariza Makukula completed the demolition in the dying stages. Sevilla plays Jubilo Iwata in its final game of its Japan trip on Sunday.
