Kazuyoshi Tatsunami and Kosuke Fukudome drove home five runs between them and Kenshin Kawakami got his Central League-leading 14th win as the Chunichi Dragons stopped the Hanshin Tigers' eight-game winning streak with a 9-3 victory on Tuesday.

Tatsunami put Chunichi ahead with an RBI double before Fukudome connected off Kei Igawa to give the Dragons a 3-0 lead at Nagoya Dome. In the third, Tatsunami doubled home a run again and Fukudome added an RBI single as Chunichi built a five-run lead.

Kawakami (14-6) allowed three runs and nine hits in seven innings of work. Igawa (10-10) lasted just three innings, allowing five runs.
