The suspended prison term given to former Social Democratic Party policy chief Kiyomi Tsujimoto for fraud will be finalized Thursday as the former lawmaker has decided not to appeal to a higher court.
Tsujimoto received a two-year prison sentence, suspended for five years. The deadline to file an appeal was midnight Thursday.
