OSAKA -- A Japanese consulting firm has failed to pay 25 million yen to South Korean merchants in a failed wholesale clothing market it managed, sources close to the case said Monday.
TFP Kikaku neglected to pay 18.5 million yen in proceeds and 6.5 million yen in deposits to roughly 60 South Korean dealers, the sources said.
The dealers had operated booths in the Tondemun Sijan market in the Asia and Pacific Trade Center mall in Suminoe Ward, Osaka.
