Yankees to acquire slugger Juan Soto in blockbuster trade
The Yankees will send four pitchers, including Michael King and Jhonny Brito, as part of the package to land the star outfielder.
The building at 245 Park Avenue, which housed the headquarters of Bear Stearns in the 1980s, in New York. Mori Trust bought a 49.9% stake in the building from SL Green Realty in June.
