Rookie Shoichi Ino threw his first career complete game, Takayuki Kajitani hit a two-run homer in a seven-run fourth inning, and the Yokohama BayStars routed the Central League champion Yomiuri Giants 7-2 on Saturday.

Ino (5-7) yielded two runs on four hits over nine innings. Yomiuri starter Tomoyuki Sugano (13-6) allowed a career-worst seven runs and was chased in 3⅔ innings at Yokohama Stadium.

Ino helped his own cause with an RBI single in the big inning, which also featured a three-run double by Sho Aranami and was capped by Kajitani's blast to center.

At Nagoya Dome, Masato Matsui drew a bases-loaded walk off Tomoyuki Kubota (0-2) for the game-winning run in the ninth inning as Chunichi sent Hanshin to its third loss in a row.

The second-place Tigers overcame a 3-1 deficit with two consecutive bases-loaded walks with none out in the eighth. Shinji Tajima (5-9) got the win in relief.

At Yafuoku Dome, Yuki Yanagida tied it with an RBI single in the ninth inning and Yuya Hasegawa's two-out run-scoring triple gave Fukuoka Softbank a walk-off win over Seibu in the 10th. Ryota Igarashi (3-3) pitched two perfect innings for the win.

At Kyocera Dome, Yoshio Itoi hit a three-run drive off former teammate Mitsuo Yoshikawa (7-15) and Lee Dae-ho contributed with a grand slam as Orix walloped last-place Hokkaido Nippon Ham. Brandon Dickson (8-7) yielded one hit over seven effective innings for the win.
