FORT MYERS, Fla. (Kyodo) The Boston Red Sox's Daisuke Matsuzaka said Wednesday that he is suffering from an infection in his right eye.
Matsuzaka left Tuesday's workout early to treat the eye and was prescribed with eye drops. He is not expected to miss further time, taking part in full in practice Wednesday.
