Teenage star Ryo Ishikawa helped the men's regular tour team win the 3Tours Championship on Sunday.

Ishikawa teamed up with Shunsuke Sonoda to win in the doubles session before finishing second behind Sakura Yokomine in his singles threesome in the one-day charity event at King Fields Golf Club in Chiba Prefecture.

The regular tour claimed its fourth 3Tours Championship title with a total of 23 points.

The senior tour finished second with 23 points and the women's tour was last with 15.

"I'm happy with my team's win and the way I played today," Ishikawa said. "It was a nice way to wrap up the year."

This year's competition featured six players from each of the three domestic tours, who used three different tee boxes to make it 3,532 yards for the men from the regular tour, 3,377 yards for the senior players and 3,029 yards for the women over the par-36, nine-hole layout.
