YOKOHAMA (Kyodo) Yokohama F. Marinos said Friday they have acquired unsettled midfielder Shunsuke Nakamura from Spanish first-division side Espanyol.
The two clubs reached an agreement the same day in Spain, where Yokohama club president Akira Kaetsu is on a visit to bring back the former Marinos star to Japan.
Nakamura, 31, will be playing in the J. League for the first time in eight years.
