GOTEMBA, Shizuoka Pref. (Kyodo) Yasuharu Imano moved into position to end a three-year victory drought Saturday, shooting a 7-under-par 65 to take a two-stroke lead after three rounds of the Mitsui Sumitomo Visa Taiheiyo Masters.

Imano put together seven birdies, including five on the back nine, to get to 15-under 201, leaving overnight leader Shingo Katayama in his wake with one round left to play.
