Former Japan captain and Gamba Osaka defender Tsuneyasu Miyamoto left Japan for Austria on Sunday hungry for action at new club SV Salzburg.
"I know I will need to be as focused as I am when playing in international matches and have to earn the trust of my teammates, starting in training.
I want to get games under my belt as quickly as possible," Miyamoto told reporters at Kansai International Airport.
