Relegated J. League first-division side Vissel Kobe has named Englishman Stuart Baxter as new manager to take over from Czech coach Pavel Rehak, club officials said Saturday.
The appointment of Baxter, 52, came less than a month after he resigned as the South Africa national team's coach.
