The Japanese women's volleyball team will play V. League side JT Marvelous next week in a warm-up match ahead of this summer's Athens Olympics, the Japan Volleyball Association said Wednesday.
The match will take place next Wednesday at Osaka Prefectural Gymnasium.
Japan booked its ticket to Athens with a convincing 3-0 victory over South Korea in the final women's volleyball qualifying tournament in Tokyo last month and will making its first Olympic appearance since the 1996 Atlanta Games.
