TOGO, Aichi Pref. (Kyodo) Shingo Katayama moved in on his first title of the season after shooting a sizzling 7-under-par 63 Saturday to extend his overnight lead to seven strokes heading into the final round of the Chunichi Crowns.

Katayama set Nagoya Golf Club's par-70 layout alight with eight birdies against a lone bogey to record the day's best score and closed out on a 54-hole total of 18-under 192.
