A 37-year-old man has been arrested for alleged copyright infringement after he posted images of several female athletes without permission on a porn website he operates, police said Tuesday.
Tokyo police arrested Kosuke Koyama on Sunday on suspicion of using 39 images taken from a sports TV program without the broadcaster's permission and putting them on the site on around May 18, 2019. The images were accompanied by sexually explicit comments.
Koyama, who describes himself as a web designer, makes his living running nine porn websites.
