UTSUNOMIYA, TOCHIGI PREF. – An anonymous donor left around 2,000 lottery tickets at City Hall in the city of Tochigi, with an accompanying note stating any prize money should be used to help victims of the massive flooding in eastern Japan in September, police said Tuesday.
A bag containing ¥600,000 worth of tickets was found inside an elevator in the City Hall parking garage, the police said.
