Recruit Holdings Co. said Tuesday it has acquired all shares in a major Indian executive search firm in a bid to boost growth in India.
Recruit said it hopes to tap into the strong local network and database of NuGrid Consulting Pvt. Ltd. to bolster its presence in the country.
"This acquisition will combine NuGrid's assets with Recruit's extensive HR service expertise to contribute to the future growth of Recruit in India, which together with China is considered to be a key strategic area" in human resources operations across Asia, Recruit said.
