NAGOYA – Ogaki Kyoritsu Bank, headquartered in Gifu Prefecture, unveiled a drive-through branch Friday in Nagakute, Aichi Prefecture, that allows customers for the first time in Japan to use teller windows and ATMs without getting out of their vehicles.
The drive-through-only branch, which also has a recharging facility for electric cars, will start operating Monday. It will be open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekends.
