Peach Aviation Ltd. logged its 1 millionth passenger Thursday in a ceremony at Kansai airport in Osaka Prefecture.
The budget carrier, partially owned by All Nippon Airways Co., said seat occupancy since it began flying in March was at about 77 percent as of Oct. 31.
Chief Executive Officer Shinichi Inoue presented the 1 millionth passenger, Kayo Hamada, 29, with a memento and ¥100,000 voucher at the ceremony.
