Major nonlife insurer Nipponkoa Insurance Co. said Thursday it has agreed with Royal Insurance Corp. of Bhutan to provide technical support to the country's largest insurer.
Nipponkoa plans to send its officials to the Bhutanese insurer and hold workshops for two years starting this month to provide technical support for making manuals on corporate insurance products and other fields.
Nipponkoa, a unit of NKSJ Holdings Inc., plans to provide the tech support to the Bhutanese insurer in response to its request.
