Osaka Gov. Ichiro Matsui on Thursday left for Shanghai to attend the launch of the prefecture's tourism promotional campaign in the city, his first official overseas trip since taking office in November.
The campaign kicks off Friday and will show videos of Osaka's sightseeing spots and festivals at about 4,000 locations, including screens on buildings, in Shanghai.
