GENEVA (Kyodo) Relatives of a Japanese woman killed in a train accident in Switzerland viewed her corpse Sunday in Geneva, where it had been transported from the site of the accident in the alpine canton of Valais.

According to ANA Sales Co., which organized the sightseeing tour the 64-year-old woman from Amagasaki, Hyogo Prefecture, had been on, her body was viewed by her sons, who live in the United States and Kyoto Prefecture. Her brothers, daughter-in-law and grandchild likewise arrived in Geneva.

Her husband, who is in a hospital in Geneva after being injured in Friday's accident, is in stable condition and is expected to return to Japan in a week or so, a company employee said. He has been informed about his wife's death, the employee added.
