Kirin Holdings Co. said Monday that Managing Director Koichi Matsuzawa will become president of Kirin Brewery Co., succeeding Senji Miyake, as part of top management changes in its group.
Miyake will assume the post of executive vice president at Kirin Holdings, the Tokyo-based company said.
Kirin Holdings also said Hitoshi Maeda, senior corporate officer at Mercian Corp., will succeed Shinji Saito as president of Kirin Beverage Corp.
The management changes will take effect at the general shareholders' and board meetings of the companies in late March, Kirin Holdings said.
