YOKOHAMA (Kyodo) Yokohama Mayor Hiroshi Nakada said Tuesday the municipal government will soon order budget hotel chain operator Toyoko Inn Co. to reduce the number of guest rooms at its two hotels in the city and ban it from using the rooms and facilities that violate the law.
Nakada said the order will be issued as early as Friday, four days after the municipal government issued an advance notice on the corrective measure.
