Police served fresh arrest warrants Wednesday to a former gangster and two minors on suspicion of murdering a 28-year-old man in an abduction and murder case in Kumagaya, Saitama Prefecture.

Hidenori Ogata, 26, along with a 16-year-old girl and a 15-year-old boy, allegedly beat and stabbed Hideaki Suzuki to death Aug. 18. in Suzuki's apartment after several disputes over Suzuki's relationship with the girl.

The trio had earlier been arrested for allegedly abducting Yuka Tamura, 19, who lived in the same apartment building as Suzuki. Tamura has told investigators that two of her female friends were abducted with her.
