MORIOKA, Iwate Pref. – A former vice chairman of the Iwate Prefectural Bar Association is suspected of filming up a girl’s skirt at a supermarket here and the case has been sent to prosecutors, it was learned Monday.
Kunio Yamamura, 36, allegedly approached a 17-year-old girl at the Mitake district supermarket at around 12:45 p.m. Nov. 22 and filmed up her skirt with a video camera hidden in a shopping bag, according to police sources.
