KOBE – A junior high school teacher arrested Saturday over the death of a 12-year-old girl found on an expressway in Kobe told police the girl fell out of his car while trying to escape, according to police sources.
Ken Fukumoto, 34, can still be charged with murder based on criminal intent even if he did not push Noriko Kamiie out of his car, the sources said.
