ASAHIKAWA, Hokkaido – A family of four from Kumamoto Prefecture was arrested Monday on suspicion of robbing a convenience store in Wakkanai, Hokkaido, police said.
Yoshitaka Motomura, a 59-year-old self-described horse racing tipster, his wife Emiko, 64, and their two fishermen sons Yukihiro, 33, and Yoshifumi, 31, entered the store around 4:50 a.m. Monday and made off with some 110,000 yen, according to police.
