SAPPORO – A 34-year-old woman was arrested Friday on suspicion that she murdered her four-year-old daughter and injured another daughter on Thursday — more than five years after she was convicted of killing their elder sister, the police said.
Around 7 p.m. Thursday, Yoshinobu Sakai, 43, returned to his Sapporo apartment to find his daughter Chizuki apparently dead and her 2-year-old sister injured. Sakai called the police, but Chizuki was later confirmed dead.
