It would be easy to dismiss the "Twilight" saga as "The Lost Boys" via "Dawson's Creek." But damn, things get dark in the penultimate chapter of this vampire love story. Bella (Kristen Stewart) finally marries supernatural saucepot Edward (Robert Pattinson), but her unexpected pregnancy puts a bat in the ointment. Director Bill Condon ("Dreamgirls," a "Candyman" film) balances soapy melodrama with harrowing David Cronenberg-esque body-horror imagery, while Stewart, as usual, makes Bella seem stronger than the blood-sucking men around her.
