Ex-Kanebo chief and JAL Chairman Junji Ito dies at 99
Ito, who served as president of Kanebo, currently Kracie, and chairman of Japan Airlines, died in December 2021.
Speculation has been swirling for months over the fate of Ito-Yokado, which was Seven & I's original retail franchise before it bought 7-Eleven and turned it into a large, successful business.

Soccer player Junya Ito filed a lawsuit with the Osaka District Court on Monday seeking about ¥202 million in compensation from two women who alleged the winger and his trainer sexually assaulted them last year.
