Nakayama, aiming for her second consecutive Olympic appearance in Turin, timed the fastest in both of the two runs and won the women’s competition with a total of 1 minute, 53.97 second on the final day of action at the Spiral track in Nagano Prefecture.

Naka took second with 1:54.68.
